解决方法是改变CSS属性的排列顺序 L-V-H-A (看见LV包包就笑了 )

a:link;{} /* 未访问的连接*/

a:visited;{} /* 已访问的连接*/

a:hover:{} /* 鼠标移动到连接*/

a:active:{} /* 选定的连接*/
